The Panasonic founder probably met with great success due to his discipline in &#039;doing the right thing&#039; .. no one had to train him, it was how he ran his business. His nature, his value system.

Someone recently made a wonderful analogy about the relationship factor. (i.e., Merrill or Ameriprise vs your Fund Manager)
