thank you for your comment. Yes, it is understood.  However, I don&#039;t want to limit my efforts based on what is possible or not.  Even thought it is impossible to satisfy every customer, we must approach every customer with the intention to satisfy.  I do not believe Corporate does this.  So I  agree with you, we must continue to work towards it.
Always happy to discuss the how.

		<description>I totally support the fact that customer needs are not the first priority for corporates. But before pointing fingers we need to understand that achieving complete customer satisfaction is rather an impossible task. But yes we can work towards it.</description>
