It doesn&#039;t matter how large or small the customer is, at the end of the day what matters is if we made our customer feel the love. Did we take care of them? Did we do everything we could to make them more successful? Did we give our everything for them? All they want to be is heard. If we are always talking and don&#039;t take time to listen, we will miss the point entirely. Committed to XCS!</description>
