		<description>Stefan,
thank you for your comment.
After looking at your site I can see that your business model s built upon this premise.

Keep going after emotion, you will succeed !

thanks again.

		<description>Hi Rudy,

I certainly agree with you. We at WhiteConcierge always define Loyalty as the willingness to stay although (and not because) and I think that really hits it....

We often encounter the problem that people do not understand the difference between

Discount program - Reward program - Loyalty program

and always think it is all the same. We strongly believe Loyalty is all about creating value that can NOT be calculated in money.... It is all about emotional Loyalty!</description>

		<description>Deb,
thank you fro your comment.
I think we are in caught in a cycle lack of thought.
Discounting prices is &quot;ready-made&quot; value. it doesn&#039;t require effort or unquantifiable benefit.
I believe lowering the price is safer. it is instant-value, which deflect the responsibility eslsewhere.
If customer will not buy at a lower price, no-one seems to be accountable.

Finding out what customers want and consider valuable is hard work.

thanks again for your comment.

<description>I think you&#039;re right on Rudy.

The question I often ask people is if their loyalty initiatives are designed to Buy Loyalty or Build Loyalty. You know the more common answer.

Why do so many marketers rush to discount their price for their very best, most loyal buyers?
