Today I received a letter from Chris Thomas of El Segundo, CA.

Here it is:








It turns out the residential remittance address sticker, the first class postage and the printed script were made to deceive.
The company with almost 20 million subscribers thinks I might throw their offer in the garbage if I see their logo on the envelope,
but will be happy to accept it, if it is disguised as a personal letter from a friend.

What aspect of the brand is this marketing department living up to?
